• Shipping charges will apply (back and forth) to any returned goods. A $25 shipping fee ($45 for Saturday Delivery and $75 USD for International Delivery) will be charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Any Appraisal Certificate ($25 value) charge made specially for your purchase is none refundable (An Appraisal Certificate is optional at the Checkout process).
• Shipping charges will apply (both ways) if no one is available to sign for package at the shipping address on the expected date. Before the shipment, you will notified of the exact date and time of delivery. Packages will be delivered to shipping address only. Because these are high valued items, no pickups are allowed at the delivery service centers (Fedex or USPS).
Loose Diamonds Return Policy
If you have purchased matching loose diamonds or single loose diamonds, you have 60 days to inspect them and make a final decision. If you decide not to keep the diamonds, we will accept it back in its original condition.
Jewelry Return Policy
You have 30 days to inspect the merchandise and if for some reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept it back in its original condition.
Platinum Return Policy
Due to the constant fluctuation of Platinum prices, some platinum items are Non-Refundable at this point. *Note: ask for same item in white gold to be ship to you as a consignment, read more about Consignment Option.
Custom Made Jewelry Return Policy
Custom made jewelry according to your needs are Not Returnable nor can be Canceled once the order is confirmed by one of our specialists. If you are not sure if an item must be modified please ask one of our specialists before submitting your customized order.

Return Procedure
1. Is Your Item Returnable?
Make sure your item is Returnable (not Platinum and not Customized) or is still under the 30 days return policy for jewelry and 60 days return policy for loose diamonds.
2. Your Return Authorization Code
Contact us for the RMA Code and we will provide you with one. Write this code at the bottom of your original invoice. Write your Return Authorization Code outside of the box you are returning.
3. Package Your Return
Include all original packaging and materials from your order. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Earrings Forever, Diamonds or Jewelry anywhere outside of the box.
4. Insure Your Package
Please ship your return package back to Earrings Forever via United States Postal Service Registered Mail (Delivery time 5-7 working days). We recommend that you use the following U.S.P.S. services: Insurance with Registered Mail (Delivery time 5-7 working days). When returning your diamond, we recommend you use USPS Registered Mail. Items you send are placed under tight security from the point of mailing to the point of delivery. To protect against loss or damage, postal insurance is provided for articles with a maximum declared value up to $25,000.
How to ship via USPS Registered Mail?
You must bring the package to your local post office, station, or branch. A postmaster may require that an article of unusually high value be presented only at the main office or at designated stations and branches. Visit the www.USPS.com for more details including Registered Mail fees. We Recommend you use Return Receipt with Registered Mail. With the Return Receipt service, you get a postcard sent to you, signed by the person who received your package. A return receipt must be purchased at the time of mailing. The fee for this service is $1.75. Consult your local post office for additional details.

You must follow these instructions exactly, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. • EarringsForever.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage of return shipments. Once we receive the returned item, it will be reviewed by a gemologist. Once the returned item is reviewed and accepted, your refund for the item will be processed in a few days. Please note that items showing signs of damages or those that have been altered, engraved or resized (by a jeweler other than Earrings Forever) in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without an Earrings Forever return code and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. |
